In metropolitan areas like Los Angeles, there are hundreds of small-to-medium life sciences companies that need space as they grow. Laboratory facilities are in high demand, and life sciences companies are willing to pay top-dollar for the space they need.
Office space, on the other hand, is in decline. Research shows an immense decrease in office values in both the short and long terms. But even in the new work-from-home economy, life sciences companies will always need laboratory space.

We bring with us our team of partners who we have worked with to develop lab space throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. We have perfected our process to determine if a site is suitable for lab space, design the most efficient layout, and value engineer the design to be flexible and cost-effective.
Our lab operations team provides a range of services to each of our spaces, which serves to attract tenants, ensure correct handling of laboratory materials, and support communities of innovators.
